Unlimited survey submissions
Approved students get unlimited submissions through eligible Jotform survey forms for one full year.
The unlimited allowance applies only to survey forms; payment forms, application forms, and other form types remain subject to the limits of the student’s existing Jotform plan.
Jotform Sign documents are also excluded, and Enterprise users cannot participate.
Students with an existing paid Jotform account can still apply.
How to Claim this Deal

1. Create or sign in to a Jotform account using an email associated with your educational institution.
2. Open the Student Survey Program application (www.jotform.com).
3. Enter your name, email address, and school name, then provide a copy of your valid student ID.
4. Submit the application for Jotform’s manual review.
5. If approved, follow the instructions Jotform sends to activate unlimited survey submissions.
