This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, failed payments, duplicate payments, advertising pauses, ad rejections, chargebacks, and billing issues are handled for Textfrog’s paid digital services, including sponsored listings, featured placements, advertising packages, promotional visibility, and related online platform services.
This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Textfrog sells digital advertising, website discovery, sponsored visibility, featured listing, directory promotion, affiliate platform, and related IT/web platform services.
Textfrog does not sell physical goods. No shipping, return shipment, physical delivery, exchange, product replacement, or return-to-origin process applies to Textfrog’s own paid services.
Textfrog also does not sell or deliver the products or services offered by third-party websites listed in the directory. If you purchase, subscribe, deposit, invest, gamble, download, or transact on a third-party website linked from Textfrog, that transaction is between you and that third-party website. Textfrog is not responsible for third-party refunds, cancellations, payouts, rewards, deposits, withdrawals, subscriptions, trials, deliveries, or chargebacks.

Textfrog may offer advertising packages with fixed durations, such as trial, starter, growth, pro, scale, founder, or similar plans. Package names, prices, duration, placement, and availability may change over time.

You may request cancellation before your advertisement or paid placement has been approved and activated.
If the paid service has not yet started, has not been manually reviewed, has not been displayed, and has not consumed platform resources, we may approve a full refund to the original payment method.

Because Textfrog advertising is a digital visibility service, cancellation after activation is limited.
Once an advertisement, sponsored listing, featured placement, or promotional campaign has been approved, activated, displayed, scheduled, indexed, or otherwise consumed, fees are generally non-refundable.
If you request cancellation after activation, we may, at our discretion:
No refund is guaranteed for a campaign that has already received visibility, impressions, clicks, listing benefits, review effort, moderation effort, or placement time.
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
If you were charged more than once for the same package and only one campaign was intended, we may refund the duplicate payment after verification.
If your bank, UPI app, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider shows a debit but Textfrog did not receive a successful payment confirmation, the amount is usually reversed by the payment system or bank. If the amount is not reversed within the expected banking timeline, contact us with proof of debit so we can check the payment status with the processor.
If we receive your payment but fail to activate an eligible and policy-compliant advertisement due to a confirmed technical or operational error on our side, we may provide:
If your advertisement is rejected before activation because it does not fit Textfrog’s platform, category, quality, or advertising standards, we may refund the payment after deducting any non-recoverable payment gateway charges, bank fees, taxes, or review costs where applicable.
If a paid placement type becomes unavailable before activation and no reasonable alternative is offered, we may refund the payment or provide a mutually acceptable service credit.
Refunds will generally not be provided where:
Textfrog may reject, pause, or cancel advertisements that involve prohibited or restricted content, including gambling, betting, casino, crypto, investment, adult, illegal, deceptive, malware, hacking, counterfeit, regulated, misleading health, get-rich-quick, or high-risk claims.
If an advertisement is rejected before activation only because of policy concerns, Textfrog may decide whether to refund, partially refund, or issue credit based on:
If an advertisement is removed after activation due to policy violation, no refund is generally provided.
If your campaign is active and you need to update the listing title, description, URL, category, image, social links, or promotional text, you may request an edit.
Textfrog may approve or reject edits. Editing requests do not pause the campaign unless Textfrog agrees in writing. If a replacement URL or product changes the nature of the advertisement, Textfrog may require a new review or reject the replacement.
A campaign cannot be transferred to a prohibited, restricted, unrelated, or materially different website without approval.
You may request that an active campaign be paused or removed. Pausing or removing an ad does not automatically create refund eligibility.
We may pause or remove campaigns:
Where the pause is caused by a verified Textfrog technical issue, we may provide an extension or service credit.
Approved refunds are generally sent to the original payment method used for the transaction, where supported by the payment processor.
We may not be able to refund to a different bank account, card, wallet, UPI ID, or payment method unless the original method is unavailable and the payment processor supports an alternative process.
Refund timelines depend on the payment method, issuing bank, payment gateway, card network, wallet, UPI provider, and banking system.
After a refund is approved by Textfrog, processing may take time depending on the payment method and payment processor. Typical timelines may include:
These timelines are estimates only. Textfrog cannot control bank, card network, UPI, wallet, or payment gateway processing delays after a refund is initiated.

Chargebacks are not a substitute for normal cancellation requests.
Refunds may exclude amounts that are non-recoverable, including:
Where applicable law requires a different result, applicable law will control.
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, charged back, reversed, found fraudulent, or determined to be ineligible, any related affiliate commission may be reversed, withheld, cancelled, deducted from future payouts, or recovered.
Affiliate payout eligibility is subject to the affiliate dashboard rules, minimum payout threshold, commission clearance period, fraud checks, and Textfrog approval.

We aim to review cancellation and refund requests within a reasonable time. Complex cases involving payment processors, chargebacks, suspicious activity, duplicate payments, bank delays, policy violations, or third-party verification may take longer.
Submitting incomplete or incorrect information may delay review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Textfrog reserves the right to make the final decision on cancellation, refund, credit, extension, pause, removal, and eligibility matters, based on this policy, the Terms and Conditions, the Advertising Policy, payment processor rules, applicable law, and the facts of the case.
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on Textfrog.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of Textfrog or purchase of paid services after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
