Textfrog (“Textfrog”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is owned and operated by Cronweb Solutions Private Limited.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Textfrog.com, including our website discovery directory, AI-assisted listing tools, user accounts, public listings, reviews, upvotes, claim-listing features, report features, paid advertising placements, sponsored listings, affiliate program, badges, embeds, widgets, blog, contact forms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Textfrog, creating an account, submitting a website, purchasing advertising, joining the affiliate program, using an embed, or interacting with any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Textfrog.

1. About Textfrog

Textfrog is a website discovery and link promotion platform. It helps users discover websites, tools, SaaS products, AI tools, directories, blogs, marketplaces, apps, digital resources, and online products across organized categories.

Textfrog’s paid services are digital listing, website discovery, online visibility, sponsored placement, advertising, promotional, affiliate, and related IT/web platform services. Textfrog does not sell, deliver, operate, guarantee, endorse, control, or process payments for the third-party websites listed in the directory.

2. Important Definitions

For these Terms:

  • “User” means anyone who visits, browses, registers, submits content, reviews, reports, claims, advertises, joins the affiliate program, or otherwise uses Textfrog.
  • “Listing” means a public directory entry for a website, product, service, tool, brand, platform, app, resource, or link.
  • “Submitted Content” means URLs, titles, descriptions, screenshots, tags, categories, reviews, ratings, comments, reports, claim requests, promotional material, or other content submitted by users.
  • “Advertiser” means a user or business that purchases or requests paid promotion, sponsored visibility, featured placement, or similar advertising services.
  • “Advertising Package” means a paid digital visibility plan offered by Textfrog for a defined duration, placement type, or campaign scope.
  • “Affiliate” means a user approved to promote Textfrog and earn eligible commissions under the affiliate program.
  • “Third-Party Website” means any external website, product, service, platform, advertiser, tool, or business linked from Textfrog.

3. Eligibility

You may browse Textfrog if you are at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by applicable law.

You may create an account, submit websites, post reviews, claim listings, purchase advertising, or join the affiliate program only if you are legally permitted to do so. Paid purchases, advertising, and affiliate participation are intended for users who are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of themselves or their business.

By using Textfrog, you represent that:

  • you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms;
  • your use of Textfrog will comply with applicable laws;
  • information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
  • you will not use Textfrog for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.

4. User Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate registration information;
  • maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials;
  • all activity under your account;
  • promptly updating account information;
  • notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, submit spam, abuse the platform, cause chargebacks, impersonate others, or harm Textfrog, users, advertisers, visitors, payment processors, or third parties.

5. Free Link Submissions

Textfrog may allow users to submit websites for directory consideration. Free submission does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, traffic, visibility, indexing, uptime, or continued listing.

We may accept, reject, edit, categorize, enhance, combine, de-duplicate, hide, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, including where a listing is low quality, misleading, outdated, duplicate, broken, harmful, unlawful, spammy, irrelevant, or inconsistent with Textfrog’s standards.

6. AI-Assisted Listings and Content

Textfrog may use AI, automation, metadata extraction, screenshots, and public website information to generate or improve listing titles, descriptions, summaries, articles, tags, categories, recommendations, and search results.

AI-assisted content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. Users and advertisers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, authorization, and non-misleading nature of submitted websites and promotional claims.

We may edit, rewrite, reject, regenerate, moderate, or remove AI-assisted content at any time.

7. User-Submitted Content

By submitting content to Textfrog, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, index, promote, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and protecting Textfrog.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the content;
  • the content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
  • the content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
  • the content does not contain malware, phishing, harmful code, illegal material, or prohibited claims;
  • the content complies with these Terms and our Advertising Policy.

We may remove or modify user-submitted content without notice where we believe it violates our policies, applicable law, third-party rights, payment-gateway requirements, or platform quality standards.

8. Reviews, Ratings, Upvotes, and Reports

Textfrog may allow users to review, rate, upvote, report, or comment on listings. These features are intended to improve discovery and trust.

You must not:

  • post fake, paid, incentivized, defamatory, abusive, misleading, or spam reviews;
  • manipulate ratings, upvotes, or reports;
  • use bots or coordinated activity to influence rankings;
  • post private, confidential, or personal information about others;
  • review your own product without clear disclosure;
  • attack competitors unfairly.

We may moderate, hide, remove, or investigate reviews, ratings, upvotes, reports, and related activity at our discretion.

9. Claiming Listings

Textfrog may allow website owners or authorized representatives to claim listings. Claiming a listing does not guarantee ownership verification, editorial control, removal rights, advertising approval, or special ranking.

We may request verification, such as email-domain proof, website proof, DNS proof, account history, business documentation, or other reasonable evidence. We may approve, reject, reverse, or revoke a claim if ownership or authority is unclear, disputed, fraudulent, or risky.

10. Paid Advertising and Sponsored Placements

Textfrog offers paid digital advertising and sponsored visibility services. Advertising may include featured listings, homepage placements, category placements, link-detail placements, floating banners, sponsored cards, or other promotional formats.

All advertising is subject to:

  • these Terms;
  • the Advertising Policy;
  • the Cancellation Policy;
  • payment completion;
  • advertiser verification where required;
  • content review and approval;
  • technical availability;
  • applicable laws and payment processor requirements.

Textfrog may clearly label sponsored placements as “Ad”, “Sponsored”, “Featured”, or similar. Paid placement does not guarantee clicks, leads, conversions, revenue, search ranking, SEO improvement, customer acquisition, or any specific result.

We may reject, pause, remove, downgrade, or require edits to any advertisement that violates our policies, creates legal or payment risk, receives complaints, contains misleading claims, or promotes prohibited/restricted products or services.

11. Advertising Packages, Pricing, and Duration

Advertising package names, prices, durations, availability, and placement formats may be displayed on the Advertise page or checkout page. The package details shown at checkout at the time of purchase control your order.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • advertising packages are digital visibility services;
  • campaign duration begins when the ad is activated or approved, not necessarily when payment is attempted;
  • availability may vary based on review, moderation, payment status, technical issues, or policy compliance;
  • we may change package names, features, prices, and placements prospectively;
  • expired campaigns are not automatically extended unless we state otherwise or approve an extension.

12. Payments

You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout for the selected Advertising Package or paid service. Fees may be displayed in USD, INR, or another supported currency depending on the payment flow, gateway, or jurisdiction.

You authorize Textfrog and its payment processors to process the transaction using the payment method you provide. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges, foreign exchange charges, and any other charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or jurisdiction.

Textfrog does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, banking passwords, or complete payment instrument credentials. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors and financial partners subject to their own terms.

13. Nature of Paid Services

Payments made to Textfrog are for Textfrog’s own digital services, such as advertising, featured placement, sponsored visibility, directory promotion, affiliate platform access, and related IT/web platform services.

Payments to Textfrog are not:

  • payments for products or services sold by third-party websites listed in the directory;
  • deposits into third-party platforms;
  • investments;
  • gambling stakes;
  • crypto purchases;
  • wallet top-ups;
  • escrow payments;
  • marketplace payments to sub-merchants;
  • financial advice fees;
  • income opportunity participation fees;
  • payments collected on behalf of third-party sellers.

You must not use Textfrog payments to facilitate prohibited or restricted third-party transactions.

14. Cancellations, Refunds, and Failed Payments

Cancellations, refund eligibility, duplicate payments, failed payments, and chargeback handling are governed by the Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because Textfrog provides digital advertising and online visibility services, refunds may be limited after a campaign has been approved, activated, displayed, or consumed. Refunds are generally processed to the original payment method where supported.

15. Affiliate Program

Textfrog may operate an affiliate program that allows approved users to earn eligible commissions by referring advertisers or users.

Affiliate participation is subject to approval, tracking accuracy, fraud checks, minimum payout thresholds, commission clearance periods, payment processor availability, and any affiliate rules shown in the dashboard or communicated by Textfrog.

We may reject, reverse, hold, cancel, or recover commissions where referrals are fraudulent, self-referred, duplicate, refunded, charged back, policy-violating, generated through prohibited promotion methods, or otherwise invalid.

Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed income. Affiliates are responsible for complying with advertising, disclosure, tax, platform, and applicable legal obligations.

16. Embeds, Badges, and Widgets

Textfrog may provide badges, review widgets, featured badges, scripts, or embeds for users to display on external websites.

You may use Textfrog-provided embeds only in the format we provide and only for lawful, non-misleading purposes. You must not manipulate embed code, falsely imply endorsement, hide required attribution, use embeds for phishing or malware, or display Textfrog widgets on illegal, harmful, or prohibited websites.

We may modify, disable, rate-limit, or discontinue embeds at any time.

17. Third-Party Websites and External Links

Textfrog contains links to third-party websites. Textfrog does not own, operate, control, endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party websites or their products, services, prices, claims, privacy policies, payment flows, rewards, payouts, investments, content, downloads, compliance, security, or business practices.

You access third-party websites at your own risk. You should review the third-party website’s own terms, privacy policy, risk disclosures, refund policy, and payment terms before using it.

A listing on Textfrog does not mean Textfrog recommends, certifies, sponsors, guarantees, or verifies the third-party website.

18. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • submit spam, malware, phishing, scams, or harmful content;
  • submit illegal, deceptive, misleading, infringing, defamatory, adult, hateful, violent, exploitative, or harmful material;
  • submit websites that impersonate others or misrepresent ownership;
  • manipulate reviews, ratings, upvotes, referrals, affiliate tracking, rankings, or advertising metrics;
  • scrape, crawl, overload, reverse engineer, exploit, attack, or disrupt Textfrog;
  • bypass security controls, rate limits, moderation, payment checks, or access controls;
  • upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful scripts;
  • use Textfrog to facilitate fraud, chargebacks, money laundering, prohibited payments, illegal offers, or high-risk transactions;
  • use Textfrog to sell or promote products or services prohibited by our Advertising Policy;
  • interfere with other users’ use of Textfrog;
  • use Textfrog’s name, brand, content, or platform in a misleading way.

19. Prohibited and Restricted Listing/Advertising Categories

Textfrog may reject, restrict, remove, demonetize, de-promote, or require additional review for websites or ads involving:

  • gambling, betting, casinos, lotteries, sweepstakes, fantasy sports with monetary prizes, or games of chance;
  • cryptocurrency, NFTs, mining, staking, exchanges, trading signals, investment schemes, or profit promises;
  • adult content, pornography, escort services, sexual services, or sexually explicit material;
  • illegal drugs, controlled substances, tobacco, vaping, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, or regulated goods;
  • counterfeit goods, pirated software, copyright infringement, or trademark infringement;
  • get-rich-quick schemes, deceptive earning claims, pyramid schemes, matrix schemes, MLM collection fees, or misleading work-from-home offers;
  • misleading financial, legal, tax, medical, health, supplement, miracle-cure, or investment claims;
  • fake documents, hacking, cracking, surveillance abuse, malware, phishing, spam, or cyber abuse;
  • hate, violence, harassment, extremist content, or illegal activity;
  • any product, service, or website that payment processors, banks, card networks, UPI providers, regulators, or applicable law prohibit or restrict.

Informational directory coverage does not guarantee paid advertising eligibility. Paid promotions may be more restrictive than organic listings.

20. Intellectual Property

Textfrog, its name, logo, design, platform, code, layout, directory structure, AI-generated platform outputs created by or for Textfrog, databases, categories, editorial enhancements, and related materials are owned by Textfrog, Cronweb Solutions Private Limited, or our licensors, except where otherwise stated.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, redistribute, clone, frame, or exploit Textfrog’s content, design, database, or technology without written permission, except for normal browsing, sharing public links, or using provided embeds as permitted.

Third-party trademarks, logos, screenshots, website names, and external links may belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, directory, commentary, or promotional purposes.

21. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe a listing or content on Textfrog infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • your name and contact information;
  • identification of the protected work;
  • the Textfrog URL containing the allegedly infringing content;
  • a description of the issue;
  • proof of ownership or authority;
  • a statement that the information is accurate.

We may remove or disable content, request additional information, or contact the listing submitter as appropriate.

22. Moderation and Enforcement

We may, at our discretion:

  • review, edit, reject, remove, or de-index listings;
  • label content as sponsored or advertising;
  • suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts;
  • pause, cancel, or reject ads;
  • reverse affiliate commissions;
  • remove reviews, ratings, upvotes, reports, or embeds;
  • block IP addresses, accounts, domains, or payment methods;
  • report unlawful or harmful activity to authorities, payment processors, or affected parties.

We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to protect platform quality, safety, compliance, and trust.

23. No Professional Advice

Textfrog is a directory and discovery platform. Content on Textfrog is for general informational and promotional discovery purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, health, gambling, employment, business, or professional advice.

You should independently verify any third-party claim before relying on it, paying for it, investing in it, downloading it, joining it, or sharing personal information with it.

24. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of Textfrog at any time, including features, categories, pricing, packages, listings, placements, affiliate terms, widgets, or AI-assisted tools.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, search visibility, indexing, ranking, traffic, uptime, or compatibility with all devices, browsers, or third-party services.

25. Disclaimers

Textfrog is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, non-infringement, availability, security, and reliability.

We do not guarantee:

  • approval of any listing or advertisement;
  • traffic, clicks, leads, sales, rankings, conversions, revenue, or SEO benefits;
  • accuracy or completeness of third-party listings;
  • safety or legality of third-party websites;
  • uninterrupted service;
  • that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable;
  • that payment processors will approve, process, or maintain any transaction.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Textfrog and Cronweb Solutions Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of Textfrog, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to Textfrog will not exceed the amount you paid to Textfrog for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

27. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Textfrog, Cronweb Solutions Private Limited, and our directors, employees, contractors, vendors, payment processors, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of Textfrog;
  • your submitted content;
  • your listing, advertisement, review, affiliate promotion, or embed usage;
  • your violation of these Terms or any policy;
  • your violation of law or third-party rights;
  • payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or prohibited transactions caused by your conduct;
  • claims related to your third-party website, product, service, or promotional material.

28. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. Subject to applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services.

29. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on Textfrog.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of Textfrog after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
