Textfrog (“Textfrog”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is owned and operated by Cronweb Solutions Private Limited.
This Advertising Policy explains the rules for paid advertisements, sponsored listings, featured placements, floating banners, promotional cards, affiliate promotions, listing claims, promotional embeds, and other paid or promotional visibility on Textfrog.
This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy
Textfrog is a website discovery and link promotion platform. Our goal is to help users find useful websites, tools, SaaS products, AI tools, directories, blogs, marketplaces, apps, and digital resources while maintaining user trust, platform quality, payment-gateway compliance, and legal safety.
Advertising on Textfrog must be honest, lawful, transparent, safe, and suitable for a general website discovery audience.
2. What Advertising Means on Textfrog
Advertising may include:
- featured listings;
- sponsored directory placements;
- homepage placements;
- category-page placements;
- listing-detail-page placements;
- floating banner visibility;
- sponsored cards;
- promoted website listings;
- affiliate-driven promotions;
- badges, widgets, or promotional embeds;
- other visibility formats offered by Textfrog.
Paid visibility does not mean Textfrog endorses, guarantees, certifies, operates, owns, or verifies the advertiser’s website, product, service, claims, payouts, rewards, security, compliance, or business performance.
3. Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that:
- they have legal authority to promote the submitted website;
- the website and advertisement comply with applicable laws;
- all claims are accurate, current, verifiable, and not misleading;
- pricing, offers, discounts, bonuses, trials, subscriptions, rewards, payouts, and limitations are clearly disclosed;
- the landing page matches the ad claim;
- the website has its own required legal pages, such as terms, privacy policy, cancellation/refund policy, risk disclosures, or regulatory information where applicable;
- the website is safe, accessible, not infected with malware, and not designed to deceive users;
- the advertisement does not violate Textfrog policies, payment processor rules, card network rules, UPI/bank requirements, platform rules, or third-party rights.
Textfrog may request additional information, screenshots, documents, license proof, ownership proof, compliance details, or edits before approving or continuing an advertisement.
4. Ad Review and Approval
All advertisements are subject to review. Payment does not guarantee approval.
Textfrog may approve, reject, pause, remove, edit, reclassify, downgrade, or restrict an advertisement at any time if we believe it:
- violates this Advertising Policy;
- violates our Terms and Conditions;
- creates legal, safety, reputational, fraud, or payment-processing risk;
- misleads users;
- receives credible complaints;
- changes after approval in a way that creates risk;
- promotes a prohibited or restricted product/service;
- is not suitable for Textfrog’s audience;
- is required to be removed by law, regulator, payment processor, bank, card network, UPI provider, court, or law enforcement authority.
We may also reject ads for editorial quality reasons, including poor landing pages, broken links, thin content, excessive popups, unclear pricing, exaggerated claims, misleading screenshots, or low user value.
5. Sponsored Labels and Transparency
Textfrog may label paid placements as “Ad”, “Sponsored”, “Featured”, “Promoted”, or similar.
Advertisers must not hide, remove, obscure, manipulate, or misrepresent sponsored labels. Advertisers must not falsely state or imply that Textfrog independently endorses, certifies, ranks, guarantees, or recommends their product unless we have expressly agreed in writing.
