The Cloudflare for Startups program provides early-stage and growth-stage companies with up to $350,000 in usage credits valid for 12 months across Cloudflare’s Developer Platform.
The program is organized into three distinct tiers based on your funding stage

• Tier 3 ($10,000 Credits): Designed for bootstrapped, self-funded, or pre-seed startups that have raised under $1M.
• Tier 2 ($100,000 Credits): Built for startups funded by partner VCs/accelerators that have raised under $5M.
• Tier 1 ($350,000 Credits): Tailored for fast-scaling venture-backed startups with $5M+ in funding.

What Credits Cover: Credits apply to usage-based products across compute, AI, and storage, including

• Compute: Cloudflare Workers, Workers for Platforms, Durable Objects, and Workflows.
• AI Compute: Workers AI inference (capped at $2,500 for Tier 3, $10,000 for Tier 2, and $50,000 for Tier 1).
• Storage & Databases: Workers KV, D1 SQL, Queues, Vectorize, and R2 Object Storage (capped at $10,000).
• Delivery: Cloudflare Pages, Images, Stream, Cache Reserve, and Argo Smart Routing.

1. Create a standard account on Cloudflare (dash.cloudflare.com)with a verified credit card on file.
2. Complete the 3-minute application on the Cloudflare for Startups Application Portal.
3. Provide your company domain email, website URL, social link (LinkedIn/GitHub/X), and Cloudflare Account ID.
4. Applications are manually reviewed within 48 hours. Once approved, credits and enterprise plan upgrades are applied directly to your account.
